An Intel 2.8GHz P4 costs $129/m when configured with 1GB of RAM and 80GB disk space. Upgrades are very cost effective with them as you can pay-off a one time setup fee on any hardware upgrade and leave the monthly charges untouched. An extra 1GB RAM is not bad at $200 one time charge and so is the case with a 80GB second hard drive at $125 only.
Ensim Pro costs an extra $20/m for licensing. All of their servers come with a remote reboot port.
